I hope in next 4 to 6 weeks to have a break thru. I am doing training even when tired that I feel is reflective of better conditioning even if pace has leveled off or even slowed...at times versus being injured or forced to walk.
Tired is good... as long as it is from running. I love that feeling I get after a hard workout, on the track especially.
You're getting in as many, or more, miles than me (though that's not saying much I guess.)
I'd like to ramp it up, as I have a few races I want to do.
Keep it up!
Both of us...we'll see. First of all I just want to be able to do what I'm doing now...5 days a week running about 5 miles a day average...and walking 2 days to let me recover.
Reading Bill Bowerman's biogrphy by Kenny Moore again...it's been 10 years...he was an oddball in a good way...tough for sure...anyway he really believed in rest to go with hard work..
