I've told Donald off frequently for this sort of behaviour, so why not tell you off too :-)
I know my legs weren't feeling very bouncy today, and while you are younger and fitter I am I'm not sure another hard run is what I would recommend.

The weekend dodn't seem to hurt my legs at all. Either it was because the terrain was quite lame, or the crap on my lungs / in my throat was the limiting factor, or leg strength fades more slowly than anaerobic fitness. Only the hard core orienteers were in attendance last night - Shelia and I. And yes, I know what you are thinking, I did manage to hold her off on the reps - just.

Well, Graeme is clearly older, wiser, and less broken than either of us(?) so we should probably just take his advice (and not look too closely at his or my training logs) :-)
