Yes, this is correct. And that was after track yesterday. However, my legs feel surprisingly not terrible, no ankle/knee/achilles issues. I didn't go very hard for most of it, so I think it's probably just good training.

I can see this being something I do once or twice a year (November, and early March if melted out and running Boston, April if not).

Yes, you're a nut. But you're a nut who's balancing MIT and training and staying strong, and there are many, many worse combinations.
