You can download a csv from AP, then filter by elevation (in a range) and activity type and maybe even day of week. If you care that much. I obviously don't because why would I know how to do it?

Later a couple people I was sitting with were saying "who was that fast girl who passed us a the end." Some day maybe you will make friends, but for now you are a spirit who comes in, crushes the stadium, and disappears in to the fog.

right... I suppose maybe some day I'll stay for the picture or actually talk to people. I stayed for the photo once, and it was just an additional 15 minutes added to my morning that didn't really accomplish anything and made me cold before biking to work. I did meet John, today, who says he sees me every f***ing week. So, see, I met someone new!

ok, I did it. I had better things to do this morning, dammit.

9/9/15: 38ish
10/7/15: 34:12
10/28/15: 31:45
11/25/15: 30:24
2/24/16: 30:11
3/16/16: 31:44
4/20/16: 41:00
12/7/16: 34:04
3/29/17: 33:46
4/5/17: 31:21
4/12/17: 32:54
4/26/17: 26:33

A lot of those are just splits from mid-workout. Clearly, running down the big steps and showing up for five weeks to build specificity help.

John? Who's John?

For the first year-plus I went to NP, I had to be at work by 8 (or 7:30 in the summer, although I could fudge that to 7:40) so I never stuck around. Run stairs, jump on a bike, haul ass in to work, order a Boloco breakfast burrito, grab a quick shower, get said burrito, and somehow make it to my desk. It is efficient, but it's more fun to stay.

I think you might have been smoking something for 4/20/16; in your notes you say it was a 30:00 stadium PR. Nice work getting some fast times on recent big weeks. And 26:33 is damn fast (although the record is 20:38 or something insane). Still, 3:30 PR ain't bad.
