Nice! In terms of energy i've found it to be effective but not satiating. Because i eat so much i find after 2-3hrs that i need a Clif Bar. Something to consider if you use it more :)
Yeah I won a bag of it at Jabulanni so wanted to test it out. Will have to try it during another long run when I don't forget breakfast at home.
I eat quite a lot too but I know guys who are running ultras purely on Tailwind... :-o
I thought you didn't need to eat as long as you wore your SKINSTM
