While I didn't pick any of the CP locations, I was right there with you on 73. And I had the damn thing located in my watch. That feeling of where the hell is it, I'm only 100 meters from a road and houses, but this might as well be the amazon!

I looked at Livelox during the event and it was working. Thanks for setting it up, it was fun to look at Tony making a mistake in real time.

Very Cool. I hope we can get our power situation figured out in the near future, and we can start to main stream it at every event.

Wait, you shouldn't have been able to see the event live? It should have been locked down until 1600

I think you added me as an admin maybe that's why

I figured it out. During setup I made a boo boo and deleted myself as admin. When I had Jen add me back, she added all members for SMOC in the organization role category and not just Admins, which is a drop down menu option within the Admin section. So I think anyone with a club subscription was an admin. Oops!

When you create the event, now that we have created a club, there's an option for "organization" in the initial setup. If you choose SMOC, which I think if you now have a club subscription is the default anyways, but you can remove it if you choose...
But if you leave as is, the default will add only the SMOC Livelox Admins as admins to your club event (which currently is Jens and myself). You can also change this to All members once the event is created in the admin section.

So the short lesson is don't remove yourself as admin! It creates a big headache for yourself.

Additionally, if there were folks that were not running the meet, they could asked to be added as admins, to watch the event live as you did.
