No, I can run this weekend. But I haven't decided whether I will
as it's going to hurt a lot if I make a proper attempt to race.
Would be tempted to just run the relay, but suspect I'll need to run
and do well on Saturday to get selected!

You'll need to grease Tim's palm for relay selection.
Dave did his calf at the JK but I'm guessing he's running again by now.
I'm aware of the threat from Martin and JonX.
SYO M50 relay selection will be interesting. Any chance Tim will leave himself out? Whoever makes the team will beat BOK ;-)
