Potassium. I was blinded by bright light coming out of the sky that magically went through the roof of my home yesterday morning...I had tried iron, b vitamins but something was missing.
Bought bananas, potassium, orange juice and V8 original. Weird thing is that a lot of 'potassium' replenishers have only 2 or 3% potassium which does not make sense...even orange juice and V8 were at 13% which seems low but compared to 2 or 3 % massive.
Combined with walking 2 of the last 3 Fridays I've had some great workouts...but was dying this week on Tues, Thurs....we'll see how things go....for both of us...
I'm an idiot but I've forgotten what grade Eli is in again...4:50 is good and the 2:25 was still good strength builder. How is Phoebe doing?
I should try to get more Potassium ... I've been having bad leg cramps for weeks.
Eli is in 10th grade... just turned 16 the other day. He did run a 2:09 last week... just overtired I guess.
Phoebe is finally coming back from being sick and a stress fracture and ran a PR 4:47 1500 yesterday! = about a 5:04 mile.
Can you believe 2hr 30 second marathon. I heard of the Nike team for this but did not take it serious.
