That's a bummer. Heal well - challenging balance of not overdoing it when you're trying to get into racing shape, but so much of success in Finland is likely to be mental, it may be worth another set of armchair exercises rather than a run/walk too early while you're healing. ;-) How are you (all 3) doing with sleep?

Yeah, as always, the pool is my friend here- at least I can get some good endurance and strength training without putting too much stress on my ankle too quickly. I'm using the Bosu ball a lot, too. Funny you should ask about sleep- K's been great the last couple months, sleeping through the night almost every night, except the last 2 days she's been super cranky during the day and waking up once or twice at night- teething or a growth spurt maybe? Hopefully she'll sort it out in the next couple days and get back to her normal easy-going self.

Oh, teething. Misery! :-). Glad she's a good sleeper. Wish I had your pool access, that is awesome.
