Scandinavian terrain is exhausting, good on you for pushing through it all! Now you've got some weeks to get your body a bit more used to the demands of having all that stuff on the ground. Focus on the preparation and let WOC be the result of that!
What Cristina said! Isn't there some sort of training advice to focus on the process and not the outcomes ... or something like that. Anyway, looks like for the most part you were navigating really well and taking good routes. And now that you've identified a weakness, you can take steps to correct it.

plyos... are you doing any explosive strength? I suffer in heavy terrain like that, too, and feel like I can't run nearly as well compared to when I'm on harder footing. way to soldier through, and I hope you have a productive and solid training block in Estonia!
