this was my very first training session with my own personal pacer; and it helped immensely; never would have run those intervals strong all the way through; very motivational; hope we can do it again.
I'm actually motivated to consider the MO state 1500; good to hear they allow last minute entries, which might depend on the weather and emotional state the night before. :)
and I never would have done that complete workout on my own either, so it works both ways. agree!
