All the the new ones give pace to 5s increments.
I believe if you use 'lap pace' that gives you 1s, although I can't confirm as 5s is fine for me.
You can also download datafields (or write your own, if you're feeling programmy) that give you 1s.
Thanks - i guess i'll get used to 5 seconds - it's a bit silly going to less than that really.
Mine just jumped last night from 3:55 to 4:20, then 3:55 again, which seemed absurd.
Much worse is my hip/ buttock - now properly out of action.

Dunno about Clive, but he was injured during leg 1 of BOC relay, calf minor - "pull", think it may be that recurring?
I've had hip issues for months (years?) - never this bad tho. Suspect I've had something in my lower back "slip" a little . Will see what osteo says & write it up here.
