cheers, yep I thought I'd done enough rest missing a week around PPP, but evidently not enough!

I could feasibly long and slow Ennerdale... Hr may get too high on the climbs though!

Rather than races, focus on enjoying running again - which might mean putting the watch away and going sloooow - I think I could do with this (except I'm not as fit as you...)!
