Discussion: The Pope

Is pretty awesome. I never expected there would be a pope like him. The only other pope in my lifetime I had any use for at all was John XXIII, but this guy is way cooler.

As irreligious as I am, I love Pope Francis and his life views. Smart/brave man.

Well, Janet, that's where I am coming from, too. I was brought up with it, but decided it wasn't for me at around age 16. However, I do notice who's pope still, and Francis has been an amazing revelation.

A great person who happens to be a Catholic.

Canada and the US couldn't have more different leaders at the moment when it comes to the environment (well and just about everything). Check out what our PM did with the UN yesterday(on the US-Canada border). Canada got rid of an anti environment leader so I'm hopeful for the UK later this week as well.

Obama just gave a very inspiring speech in Montreal. No use of the word huge or sad.

I'm not hopeful for much other than a hung parliament on Thursday. But that surely isn't good.
