ps--I agree the second quarter is deceptively false flat, I lose a lot of time there.
how many times have you run it? Yeah I think the second quarter is actually the one you try to blast, then hang on w the aid of the hill.
I think three times, from memory 6:30, 6:31, 6:22 (2016), not consecutive years. it would take a miracle to break 6:30 this year, given lack of speed endurance training.
billy ran a 4:36 last year. I hope he will run the elite race based on his 3:56 1500m at his conference finals last April.
