Are you allowed to shuffle those workouts around? Maybe do a tempo instead? You said speed endurance was what you need to work. I agree, you definitely got the speed down.
the three JD Q workouts are sun, tue, fri, to allow rest; back to back sun/mon might be a bit much, but I do remember reading something about back to back is better than one day. the tue workout is a 4x1K I with 3 min rest so really a speed endurance workout. maybe I could do it. let me read up and see how I feel. legs are OK now but super sore on foam roller. so the muscles are being taxed.
feeling pretty good on one days rest between Q workouts . . . Fri to Sun . . . think I need Mon off.
I can prob do the tues workout as a tuneup for wed. wed is tough, all just below mile pace stuff, which sounds ok ey dokey at 200 and 400, but gets pretty daunting at 600, 800 done as a series!
