I'm going to ease off. The extra stuff was not working. I was running slower. I think I'll run varying miles per week especially the Sunday runs. Thinking range of 7 to 12

And I'm still toying with walking 3 days a week to give my body a good rest n recovery then hit it the 4 days a week that I run.
