When you go up, do you take the trail or go up the ski hill? I'm planning some hill training over the next while. You're doing great btw!
We take the road up (the trail might be covered in PI which you'll want to avoid!).
Make sure you plan a time for post hill visit/treats. Pompon is open in town and I'm sure you'll need some icecream to recover.

That's good to know. The last time we tried to do hill training on G. Peaks, they chased us off. I wasn't sure if that was a regular problem so I wondered if locals used the trail, which I know is covered in PI so I don't use it in summer.
Maybe they just feel sorry for the pregnant lady struggling up the hill with hiking poles! : |
I'm sure the construction last summer had something to do with it.
