If you are in New York, I hope you come to Randall's Island this Saturday:
Randall's Island event happens every year. So let's say probability that I show up at the event is 1/2. We can use geometric distribution(which counts the number of trials until the first success occurs) to predict the event at which I will show up. If we take the mean 1/(1/2), that would be the second event. I missed last year's event, and this is the second one. So you could guess I'll come tomorrow. But this is just fun statistics.
I hope to see you some other time, Greg!
This thing above was just me preparing for qualifying exams.
I see, missed you!
All our crew came and worked and helped and had fun! You are on my black list now...
That's ok, Greg. I am on my own black list as well.
