Big Jon:
Can you manage terrain better than roads? If so then hill session in terrain could be a great option.

I've been having a few issues with a hamstring lately; some brutal foam rolling (suggested by a physio) and regular glute bridges seem to have got me in the right direction..
It's not easy but sticking to a strength plan for weeks/months might be all it takes.

Yeah I can definitely run longer in terrain or on trails. I need to find a sport that combines the two... hmm. Hilly terrain would be great Jon.
I've not been near the foam roller for months to be fair. The strength and conditioning session I did last night was really good actually. Might try for more of that.
