This rivals your race stories! Yikes! Glad you made it OK. The car drivers must have been surprised to see a "commuter" riding past them like a cycling pro.

Ahahaha I don't know if I would have exactly fit the commuter description, I mean I was in spandex on a red race bike. But yes there were some shocked looks for sure.

The workout is pretty good/evil.
