Is it the TFL? Deep tissue work and needling might help.

Friend of Undys. Your symptoms sound a bit like what I've had the last week - felt like I've been hit with an iron bar, can't walk without pain and limping. TFL is the muscle that connects the ITB to the hip.

what does it stand for,TFL. ? the sacro iliac joint is always being mentioned..... but mine's fine i think.

I had proper hard osteo 4 days ago, think it's sorted the problem but the tissues have barely had time to settle down since then......... gets worse as you age........

Actually I think we may be living in a parallel universe. I had a winning lead yesterday before a monumental cock up dropped me to 6th.
