I always zone out in Pilates. It was pretty revealing when Peter Oberg was here and went to Rhonda's morning class back in 2008. I was doing my usual zoned out going through the motions, not feeling much stress, and I looked over at him. He was sweating profusely, doing the same movements but with precision, focus and effort. Very educational!
Hah, nice! Yeah, suppose more focus could really make it harder!
