Don't you know by now that Sten always enters within the last hour?
Yes, I was going to do it tonight, but I have now entered already.
Simmo, if you've got exact course lengths (and I assume you have, if the maps are at the printer) can you fling them through to me please? The info on Eventor only has approximate distances.
I'll update the SOL database ahead of time so you can all over-analyse things without flapping at me on Sunday. :)
Course lengths (both straight line and estimated running) are in the information document now posted to Eventor. Using straight line distance for SOL will slightly favour course 1 runners this time.
And no entry yet from Eliot, Boltboi, Russell Buchanan, Karen S/Blake M, and several others who've been at NavDash this year.
Eliot said he'd enter yesterday. I even reminded him although he was quite keen to enter 21AS to avoid being humiliated but I told him the AS category ran the same course as the A category and was listed in the same class. That seemed to cheer him up.
Boltboi is searching for CP 132 and hasn't had time to enter as a result (although he has now).
Karen and Blake are waiting for the family category to be listed before deciding who gets to carry Tristan around.
Simon lost Russell on the way to the event yesterday along with his SI tag so he's been unable to enter.
A ton is a term usually meaning 'a lot' so you could arguably say you are there.
Simmo - just reading your participant info, I'm 99% sure it's a 2.5m contour map, not 5m. :)
Hey Juffy, the map also says the contours are 5m. Is this ISSOM compliant or what :-)
I just made (most of) the map, Simmo did the stuff around the edges. :)
