When you get a chance, let's take a look at what it is about long races that seems to be beating you down. Sleep, nutrition, hydration, training, mental preparation...lots of areas to think about. I know it's not your favorite discipline, but I bet we can come up with some strategies to make the whole experience a lot more enjoyable!!
