But I understand. I'm forever thinking I should go back to a non-digital running diary, or just keep in on Garmin Connect.
Its been a blast, thank you. Ultimately its your training diary and is supposed to help you, so I hope you continue it in some form, maybe just turn on the "private" option? You have a special way of dealing with pain and injury, usually to go out and hammer some more. Very inspiring.
You just put down in writing what the rest of us are all feeling day in day out. I salute the honest reflection you have put on here and I have learned lots from you. But I completely get that it can be draining to put it all out there on a public forum. Hope the knee heels quickly!
Thank you for being honest. You've made me realise, albeit I only realised it recently, that putting stuff down in writing is the first step in diagnosing a problem - be it running related or something else - and is necessary when emotions are so often bottled up.
Enjoyed reading your log! Thanks
Thanks a lot guys that means a lot to hear. I will continue to lurk and see how ur all going! Cheers!
Have enjoyed your log a lot and check in a couple of times a week, best of luck with your future running.
