Team Spirit never quits - not even when they're in excruciating pain! Looks like Will's "encouragement" helped; I wonder where he gets that from. :)

Congrats on paddling 100 km! That's pretty impressive under any circumstances.

Ugh, way to gut it out. Nice work, FB. You must have a pretty high suffer-tolerance.

Thanks!
In retrospect I'm happy to get 100 km in... was hard finding my happy place during tho'
Pretty cool event and one that could be (should be/is) really fun socially as well as a great event to intro people to 'adventure' sports.
I told them they better get more room for camping next year, 'cause it's likely to grow.

You should borrow my pedal kayak for a few laps next time to mix it up. It's way more comfortable on your back and probably faster even though the hull is a tank.

Also illegal but that's no big deal. ;)

There was one 'couple' who did some laps in their very fast Kayaks (ie V10 long) and some (3 laps?) hand paddling on sups. They didn't care about ranking, just out for fun... the pedal kayak would def b fun!!
