I held my breath...I closed one eye then the other to help strengthen them...especially 'worked' my left eye by closing my dominate right eye...it really felt like the eye was focusing more...I'll end up with 20/10 vision I'm sure.
Doing more weights and even punching this stand bag some...nothing super duper but a little here and there to work and supplement and balance the body out. Even a few leg weights.
I was just thinking about my lack of supplemental training. I haven't gotten down for a push up for what seems like months. And my arms show it... getting baggy (nothing personal :)
Back in the Salida area!
Wow...you are a driving machine. I don't do many push ups anymore...I do a few of the 'squat thrust' or whatever you call it and you have to do a push in the middle of that. I'm not sold that you need to go crazy on the 'extra's...but some are very helpful. And I do believe you can shoot for a short period of time where maybe you are doing a lot of the non-running stuff...but if does take time.
Looking forward to retirement and seeing what I can do. Pretty discouraged at times...but no matter what the results time wise as I push myself towards goals it gives you a purpose and you end up in better shape than you would otherwise.
Loggy? And SUPER windy. Koski I'm afraid the diagnosis from the doctor has come back...you are turning into Bagwell!
