Hey, if you can get a 1:02 on your 2nd lap, you are not *that* undertrained. :) Glad the massage was a success.
There were a lot of 'flat' spots where you should be able to fly and all of the hills are small, so if you have to spin up them vs really attack them you lose a lot of time. I'm not a great technical rider so I NEED to be able to take advantage of flat spots and 'straight' climbs.... but my legs said Nope :-)
