it doesn't feel worse after you run.
Well, it doesn't feel worse after than it did before. It certainly feels worse after than during. Tomorrow will be telling; if starts getting worse in the later hours of a long run/hike, that's not good.
It's Monday morning...and we're hoping to hear the knee held together yesterday. And that this morning, your knee feels great, even tho the rest of you may be sore. Also, care to expand on your 'clumsy' comment?
Went down twice, both times tripping on small rocks that I couldn't see well due to dappled lighting on the trail. The defense against that is to pick your feet up higher. I'm just out of practice.
Knee bugged me off and on yesterday. It's not great, but I've certainly had worse things to going into a long events. It feels OK this morning. Walking is easy and even stairs are not a problem. It's just normal injury management for now, which I'm pretty good at.
