Yeah, 5 stitches on her knee and a swollen ankle are her souvenir from taking a dive off of a bridge. She's lucky she didn't get jabbed by an errant sharp stick upon landing. And yes, the bike is OK!

Oh dear, glad it wasn't worse. At Mohican we hit a bridge fast hidden in weeds at the bottom of a hill and I heard the guy behind me fly off as he missed it. Ouch!
