Discussion: vastus medialis oblique (Inside leg)

This is the muscle I was told was responsible and spent jolly hours working on. The idea is that with running it becomes relatively weaker than the outside leg muscle. The stronger outer muscle pull the kneecap out of line, causing rubbing and pain.

Seems more likely that a meniscal tear since you haven't had a trauma injury. I've had both, and they feel much the same.

Look up strengthening exercises on the internet, ASCII graphics don't cut it.

Alternative remedies include waiting it seems, will try these but thinking I could be running by Zagreb/Belgrade regardless.
