And also squared (because I am a pedant) we couldn't be talking about a hypothetical protest against Tove until such time as after a hypothetical complaint had been submitted and been knocked back, right?

I'm wondering about the mass re-start since I was kicking myself thinking that I must have missed the time in the bulletin and I should have factored it into my warmup plan. Checked the bulletin afterwards and didn't see anything and then I kicked myself for thinking *I* had been the irresponsible one.
