If you want to get it sorted you need to see someone.
Kim (other Physios are available) would diagnose the problem and set you on the road to recovery. It appears that you're ignoring the issue. There might even be time to get it sorted by the 6 Days.
Been to see Kim today (Weds) and it is my left hamstring insertion tendon in my arse that needs to settle down. Exercises and easy training should shift it.
In time for Scotland? Hope so...
