The labor day challenge (or attackpoint cup as it's now known) info is posted here:

Sounds like a real challenge. You mentioned that these are RED and BLUE, yet the courses under CSU are 1.5 km for men. Can you explain a little ?

the blue courses on saturday are 1.5km for each round. the fastest runners will run all 5 rounds (7.5km total). everyone will get to run at least 2 rounds (3km). you will have ~20-30 mins to rest between rounds.
