Hi David, Looking at your GPS tracks from Middle Final and Sprint. You are doing well! Great that you have been consistently nailing controls, one after another without major mistakes. Not everyone can say that at their first JWOC. You did well in the sprint, not far of the top, but wow was it tight. Can't believe how many runners were packed into the 2 minutes in front of you. Keep up the good work - incremental improvements in efficiency and speed in the forest will pay dividends for the long and relay. More so than in Kamloops terrain, going straight tends to be the ticket in Finnish terrain. Eye on the compass in those situations and try not to get pushed around by the terrain. Good luck in your remaining races!
