What load factors are you using? My calcs are 10x yours, so I assume they're fractional (mine are 1-5).
What is the methodology for determining fitness, fatigue, TRIMP and freshness? Did some searching but found no reference with the formulae.

I'm using 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.6, 0.95, because at the time I set mine up that made my results kindof in line with Daniels' point scale (see 2nd edition for that), though I'm not sure that is necessarily better.

TRIMP is summed as minutes_in_zone * zone_load_factor, over each zone.

You can find some background on the performance modeling here and here.

The next cool thing that attackpoint needs is some way to incorporate sleep and potentially illness into this. Maybe have a "default" sleep quantity, so that if you're logging less sleep than that, it positively impacts the fatigue value. I would find that useful. No training should mean I'm super rested, but if I'm also sleeping 5 hours a night, I'll be super fatigued.
