we do this after every big race remember...
body holds up well, nothing apart from muscle tiredness (hence rest day today) ... and perhaps slightly sore calves but that is related to the change of foot strike - from heel to midfoot.
You did run every day last week after saying you were cutting down the junk miles this year... Enjoy that rest day.
2x tempo, 1x intervals, 1x fartlek, 1x long, 2x junk/regeneration - think it was reasonably balanced :)
