Great event Neil. Well done considering everything else that was going on.
This, along with the higher than expected numbers at the Chewton State Series, show that members still want events during winter, even if some people are in Europe and others are on School Holidays. Quality maps and events will still attract good numbers.
I think that is the lesson to be drawn- the keen orienteer doesn't want a break in the season. The only question in my mind- what is the most efficient means of sating that desire? To my mind the nine courses for a SS is overkill.
