That's interesting bc my wrist always measures about 10 bpm less that my chest strap.
And never ever that high on my paddles bc I spend about a third of my time pausing and wishing it was over. I'm an awesome teammate.
I figured something was up when I saw 163 as my HR when I was in between intervals. Last I checked I don't get quite that gassed drinking out of a bike bottle. Haven't used the watch by itself much so not a lot of experience in how much it's off compared to a strap.
Only a third? Based on my experience that actually pretty good!
