Discussion: Sierre-Zinal

I am so jealous that you're going to run that race! Many years ago, we were hiking up around Zinal, and there were these skinny dudes just floating their way down the hill, and somebody said they were training for a 30km mountain race, up from the valley. It was incomprehensible to me at the time, but that race has since been on my bucket list.

You'll do great! Good luck with the various ailments. Remember, it's all mental, so just force yourself to think happy thoughts when it gets tough :)
