This area is quite striking, especially with that much snow left. It looks like a great place to explore with spectacular terrain that appears to be fairly accessible to hikers (vs. mountaineers). Nice shots!
Snow always makes the mountains look more interesting. Its funny but though the mountains to the north are bigger and more rugged the view south (towards the north sides of the peaks which hold more snow) was more stunning.
Sol is at the end of the Gold Range so the peaks get a little lower which makes it much more hike/scramble/bike friendly. There is a similar area to the west of the main Gold Range that would be great for an AR trek stage. Wilderness Traverse BC edition?;)
:) Wouldn't that be fun! That sounds vacation worthy some time.
