Agree it was overall a brilliant event.

Planning
My only gripe was the lack of an undergrowth screen on the hill top if you took the direct route on the long leg at Glen Tanar. This cost 3-4 minutes.
Our course at Birsemore was great but I did see some that didn't make use of the best bits. I assume this was to spread the competitor load over the area.
I found Glen Feardar west fine but i can imagine that the bracken around the start was a nightmare for early starters.
Inevitably there is a lot of similarity between courses of similar length. We were combined with M18 and I quite enjoyed this.

Scoring system
I agree with you. I'd much prefer the 1000 points for the winner and pro rata system as the original 6 Days.

Campsite
Can't really comment as I always rent a house but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the water issues were sorted out.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen. Looking forward to 2019 already.
