Still have to get past the inspection tomorrow. Hopefully that will go smoothly. The house will be TNT-worthy, but not quite as good as a place I looked at that backed up to Fair Hill Little Egypt.

Tom! I heard the news, and had to remember my attackpoint login to get into the page!

Where is this exciting destination? How is everything? Can't wait to hear more!

Oh yeah! How did the inspection go?

Inspection (extremely thorough) went off without a hitch - some minor improvements I will need to make eventually. The freight train is rolling on to settlement. It is a really cool house - 1980's contemporary that has been completely refurbished. Very walkable neighborhood, can walk to downtown Newark, pretty decent access to running routes/trails. Below is the Zillow link if you want to check it out:

I will host a TNT as soon as I get enough furniture in the place - don't think my condo stuff will work very well in the new place.

Amazing kitchen! You could start you're own healthy cooking show from that thing.

My realtor told me that I could not stay a vegan if I am going to cook in that kitchen. One of the owners is a chef so they went all out on the kitchen - much fancier than I need.

Wow! That house is stunning! Congratulations, and I wish you much happiness in your new home, Tom. At least you had a really good reason for having to postpone your hike this year. Hope the other issues heal up quickly.
