Looking at you and Mo's training logs with #2 coming up for us and wondering how you guys squeeze it all in. I'm seriously asking how you guys do it all.

Teamwork and cut out the crap like TV and sleeping. Who needs sleep?! seriously, the hardest part is getting started and just getting out. I have been up before 5am for a month and Mo is getting into a routine. Key is it does not have to be perfect and habit is the hardest to build. . . so you try to get out 5x a week and only get out 3x. Maybe its only 1/3 of the time you wanted to get out but you get the ball rolling. A month in you dont even have to think about 3x a week and even that is not perfect. Believe me I am overly optimistic all of the time and I only do about 3/4 of the training that I am planning in my head but when the snowball starts rolling I am always surprised looking back at how much more it is crushing than I ever though it would holding it in my hand. Let it go and just get out and start rolling. Hope that helps. Happy to get out and ride with you dude!

Thanks! San Jac Enduro 9/23. There's always a spot to park the Sprinter up here.
