Discussion: back home??

Yes came home on about the 29th once the evac order was lifted. We are still under alert though. Clear for a few days but last 3 days too smoky to run much. Fires close by have been fairly quiet but now waitng to see what the weekend brings. Possible showers but thunderstorms and wind also forecast. And as of today, with some exceptions, all crown land access is banned in the Cariboo.

I got home late Thursday night and had heard about the land closures. Smoky here this morning but nothing like what the interior of BC is experiencing. Good luck!! Hope the chickens are surviving!
