I'll try and potentially donate a spot on my floor (not sure how big my room actually is yet) for you to come and run in Switzerland :P.... If that inspires you to run ;).
You should do a hill session on the treadmill like the one guy here... 60 minutes. Warm up 10% incline, then intervals fast at 10-15% for the rest :O. This is the guy that I get to run with soon in France and Switzerland (he's going to be living like 2 hours away from me)
