Wow! Are you handling this wisely. Stay conservative and train around the injury. Might as well use this time to explore other ways to stay aerobic and build different strength. Maybe try pull ups?

Yeah, sorry to hear! Stay wise, there are many other cool races in the future... But I hear you on the such a bummer to train for a marathon and not do it. My badly sprained ankle from SART a week before Portland Marathon 2 years ago was that bummer for me.

Ali, I remember that. Was such a bummer!

Things are improving, but slowly. Upper body is definitely gaining strength, considering all I have been doing are activities that don't really bend my knees. Good thing my elbows are cooperating :)
