Concentration. Ask yourself if you think about orienteering 100% of the time you are running. If you are not then you are not concentrating and you make mistakes. Map to ground focus is concentrating. Telling yourself where you are and where you are going is concentrating. I can't tell you to concentrate but you have to tell yourself that you are going to focus. Coming to training on Wednesday? We will work on refocusing thoughts.
yeah I wasn't thinking 100% on orienteering and my mind was else where at times. I think I am coming Wednesday. That would be good.
