But regarding preparing to run a marathon, I do notice that your training in the past three months has been piss poor.
And so I would just suggest that you factor into your calculations that your result in Quebec might be the same.
That's not saying don't go. Just make sure your expectations are where they should be.
Three months? That's harsh, I'd say May, June, and half of July were actually excellent. It's just the last month that I haven't trained at all. So, yeah. expectations were confused even before I injured myself, and now they're just confused an depressed at the same time.
